Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellation fee:
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file, or due before you are able to rebook.
No-Show:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Failure to pay fee will result in the inability to rebook.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service(s), and you may be charged for the time that was reserved for you.
Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
