Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellation fee:
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file, or due before you are able to rebook.
No-Show:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Failure to pay fee will result in the inability to rebook.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service(s), and you may be charged for the time that was reserved for you.
Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
